Monday and Tuesday this week saw the 14th Annual BIO CEO conference in NYC. The event facilitated over 1,300 meetings with 380 investment companies of various shapes and sizes being pitched by public and private biotechs - all hoping that 2012 will continue on a positive trend http://bit.ly/yn5GZ2. Hard to believe we are already in the last three working weeks of the year! 2011 has been a busy one for Zoomedia clients and even now in December our slate of projects shows little sign of slowing down. All of our activity reflects positively on our clients success, many of whom have achieved significant milestones this year. We have also seen new trends emerging across the sector that look set to continue in to 2012. BIO is always a challenge with so much going on from sessions to partnering meetings, networking events and the inevitable parties! With so much to choose from making a plan in advance is critical. I've been using the MyBIO event planner to search the program and add sessions I am interested in. While there seem to be few
marketing or communications panels there are many topics of interest and hopefully some valuable insights. The MyBio planner also gives you an idea of which sessions are most popular allowing you to avoid the overcrowded or the dead ducks :)
