Description:
The Zoomedia Senior Producer is a leadership role and individuals in this position are expected to set an example of professionalism and proficiency. Senior Producers are expected to be proactive in problem solving and overall improvement in the Production Group’s activities. Senior Producers, like Senior-level titles in other Zoomedia disciplines, are expected to be a resource for others to participate in project proposal development.
Prior to becoming a Zoomedia Senior Producer, an individual will have demonstrated she or he has successfully managed a project of at least 60 days in length and $50,000 in value a minimum of six times. Included in this tally are:
- Successfully managing two projects or more concurrently
- At least one project of 90 days in length and $125,000 in value
- Three website projects (promotional, enterprise or intranet)
- One community-based (blog, forum or chat enabled) site
- Four implementations of a web analytics package
- Three SEM or banner ad projects
- Three email projects
- Two video production projects
- Two desktop application development projects
- Three animation projects
- Four print projects
- Successfully negotiated six Change Orders
- Completed at least four projects under budget
Job Requirements:
- Minimum standards of project success are completing it: within budget to a specified profit margin, on schedule and to project scope with optimum client satisfaction.
- Outstanding communication skills, verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail, and follow up are essential
- BA/BS required, PMI Certification a plus
- Interest in the Life Sciences
